I always njoyed baking.I bought vanilla cake mix last week.I made vanilla sponge cake & with the remaining mix i made few muffins.
Ingredients
Vanilla cake mix 1 pack
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Milk 3/4cup
In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients Until required consistency is reached.Preheat oven at 400 degree.Pour mix in greased cake tray.Bake for 40-50 mins.Muffins take only 20-25 mins to bake.It turned out very soft & fluffy.
