In addition, they are a very good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, dietary fiber and potassium.
We got lots of carrots yesterday.Both my hubby & myself love carrot juice.I made carrot juice for today's breakfast.
Ingredients
carrots 3
sugar 2-3 tsp
lime juice 1tsp
Wash & peel skin of carrots & cut them into small pieces or grate them.Now blend this cut or grated carrots with sugar & 2 tumblers of water.Strain this & mix lime juice to this juice.
